        1975 TO 1976    NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

                                    Upon graduation from the School of Architecture, I was employed at the                                                NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a government held                                            office in Manila, Philippines.Worked as an illustrator/Draftsman, to assist in the                                         Physical improvement of The abovementioned office, to coordinate all works                                       with the manager, and his Duly assigned officers.

        1976 TO 1981    DELTA ENGINEERING SERVICES

                                    Worked as a PROJECT MANAGER for the US NAVAL FACILITIES                                                                     ENGINEERING COMMAND, ( NAVFACENGCOM)Projects Subic Bay,                                                          Olongapo, Philippines, with duties and responsibilities to coordinate                                                          and direct Project Progress with the OFFICER-IN-CHARGE OF                                                                       CONSTRUCTION (OICC) Based in the Philippines SOUTHWEST PACIFIC                                                         COMMAND (SOWESPAC).

       1981 TO 1983    SAUDI CONSULTING HOUSE

                                    Worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an ARCHITECTURAL                                                                    DESIGNER/DRAFTSMAN in association with an American company in the name                                       of LEO A. DALY and Associates, with duties and responsibilities to                                                    draft/design/coordinate  work for the Project: RIYADH DIPLOMATIC QUARTERS.

       

                       

        1983 TO 1996    DELTA ENGINEERING SERVICES

                                    Worked as a GENERAL MANAGER for the company with duties and

                                    Responsibilities to bid jobs from Government, and the Private Sector,

                                    In the Areas of Steel Fabrication and Erection, Concrete works, HEATING

                                    VENTILLATING, AND AIRCONDITIONING (HVAC) works, and miscellaneous

                                    Electrical Works, to Employ Engineers and workers, screen candidates for                                               employment. Prepare progress billing and monitor procurement of materials

                                    I was hired as a Production Technician/Associate with the INTERNATIONAL

                                    BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION, assigned with the warranty section,and

                                    Salvaged/reused unharmed parts from faulty hard drives.

                                    Employed as A PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR for various private                                                            residential/commercial projects in and around California with duties and                                                 responsibilities to prepare working drawings, design sketches, estimates, and                                         monitor project progress, and submit billing documents.

                                    Worked as a PROJECT MANAGER /ESTIMATOR for various private residen-

                                    tial/commercial projects in and around California with duties and responsi-

                                    bilities to prepare, working drawings, direct the work , estimate, and monitor                                          project progress, and submit billing documents.
